Our architects design the villas to the client's individual requirements and obtain all the necessary planning and building permits. Our project management team then supervise the construction.
The price of a plot is from £100 per square meter. The cost of construction depends of course on the final specification, but a budget of £1,000 per square meter will ensure a villa of a high standard, including marble floors, designer kitchen, luxury bathrooms, air conditioning, etc.

Initial Design: Our local team establish your brief, specification and budget and produce an architectural concept, provisional plans and budgets.
Detailed Design: Detailed plans, specifications and cost budgets are prepared for client approval. This includes all licences and insurances, landscaping, technical fees and building costs.
Planning Approvals: Detailed construction plans are given to the College of Architects. These are then certified and presented to the Town Hall planning office for licence approval.
Building and Project Management: The local technical team take over the project. Regular site visits are made during the construction process to check progress, quality standards and to agree stage payments. Construction normally takes between 9 and 12 months. Upon completion the management team ensure that all local licences are issued and the villa is 'snagged' prior to release of the final stage payment and hand-over.
